What size should I get?

We would recommend you take a look at the
product page of the item you're interested in for specific sizing information.

Is it possible to get more informationabout a specific product?

Absolutely! Get in touch with us via mail when you desire
more information about a product. We are for you :)

The item I want is out of stock, will it berestocked?

We're sorry that the item that you are interested in is out
of stock. Depending on the style, items and sizes are restocked. The ones that
will not be restocked would have a "Limited" tag with them. Can't wait?
You can send us an email and we will check when the next restock of that item
will take place.

How should I take care of my purchase?

All products come with a care label. We strongly recommend
you to always follow the instructions on this label. If you have additional
questions or you want further advice, please get in touch with us via mail or
the contact form.

Orders & Delivery

I have not received an order confirmationyet, Why is that?

It can take up to two hours after you placed your order to
receive the confirmation email. If you have still not received the order
confirmation, check your spam. If your payment has been processed an you still
haven't received the confirmation email, please get in touch with us via

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Deliveries within The Netherlands:

3 to 5 working days.

Deliveries within Europe:

3 to 12 working days.

Deliveries to The UK:

9 to 12 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs differ per country. You can check your shipping costs at the checkout as it will be calculated automatically.

These are the minimum amounts to get a shipping free
order:

The Netherlands: Free over €100

Europe: Free over €150

The UK: Free over €200

How will you ship my order?

Your order will be shipped in a box or a polybag depending on
the size and number of items that are in your order.

Returns

what is your return policy?

Our return policy staes that you can return products 30 days after the delivery. Once we've received your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount as soon as we can. Returns will only be accepted when items are unused, unwashed, with all original labels attached and in the original packaging.

For hygien reasons, underwear, briefs, bodies, swimwear, pierced jewellery and earbuds will not be elligible for a return unless they are damaged. We do nit accept returned socks if the packaging has been opened.

How can I return an order?

To send the item(s) back, please visit This page to fill out a form or send an email to info@apresdesheuresapparel.com with all necessary information (order, contact details and problem description) and including photographic proof.

My return arrived at its destination more than 14 days ago and I have not yet receive any updates. What should I do?

We are very sorry that you have not yet received any updates concerning your return. Could you please get in touch with us? Please keep your order number and tracking code ready, so we can help you quickly.

When can I expect my refund?

We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after the delivery. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account that was used to place the order.

I paid my order with a gift card, but I want to return it. How wouldthat work?

You can return your order following the regular returns procedure. Instead of a money refund, we will add the purchase amount of your return to your gift card. After this is processed, you can place a new order with your gift card.

Where can I find my invoices?

Your invoices will always be sent with the order
confirmation mail. You can also find your invoices in your ADH account. If you
can not find your invoices, send us a message and we will be happy to send you
a copy of the invoice(s) you want.

What is VAT?

VAT is Value Added Tax, which are the taxes paid on top of the value from the sale of products or services. Both customers inside and outside the EU pay VAT on their purchases. If you purchase from within the EU the VAT is included in the price of our products. If you purchase from another country, you will have to pay this in the form of import duties.

My Account

Am I obligated to set up an account topurchase products?

Although it makes it easier for future purchases, it is not a necessity to create an account in order to purchase our products. You can check out as a guest, with a PayPal account or register as a customer.

Are there any advantages to creating anaccount?

Yes! Having an account makes it easier to order in the future as your personal details will be automatically filled in. Also, you wil be able to find your past orders in one place.

How do I create an account?

In the top right corner there is an account icon, if you click on it you will be redirected to the login page. Under the "Sign in" button, it says "Create account". When you click on that, you will be redirected to the register page.

What do I do if I want to delete myaccount?

If you would like to terminate your account, you can send a message requesting to delete your account to info@apresdesheuresapparel.com and we will be happy to do that for you.
